Description: The repair clamps set consists of five stainless steel repair clamp RH, clamps, marked with Latin letters "A", "B", "C", "D", "E", combining which you get a solution for almost any pipe in the range from 87 mm to 639 mm of the pipe outer diameter (DN 80 - DN 600). Selection of clamps is made according to Table No.1. All the most popular pipes you can see in the guide: Outside diameters of pipelines. Clamps are supplied in a wooden box. The clamps included in the kit can be purchased separately at the same price of regular stainless steel repair clamp RH.

Description: The clamp consists of a body with a rubber seal, coupling bracket and hardware.
1. The body, consisting of the band and the locking part with studs, is a one-piece stainless steel (08X18H10 or AISI 304) construction, welded in argon and passed three-stage chemical passivation for additional protection against corrosion of welding seams.
2. The waffle-type seal with stainless steel liner is made of ethylene propylene rubber (EPDM) or nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR). The material of the seal depends on the medium with which the clamp can be used. The seal is fastened to the inner wall of the band by means of a special adhesive or reinforced adhesive tape.
3. the lugs, nuts and washers are made of stainless steel, the protective caps are made of plastic.
Wood box: The box is made of wood, marked and painted on the outside. Inside, there are stops to safely transport the five clamps. The lid of the box is provided with stops to prevent the lid from falling backwards. A table for Selection of repair clamps is on the lid.
