Tapping saddle
Use: Tapping saddle is intended for branching water systems (tapping into a water pipe), as well as networks that transmit non-aggressive liquids (sewage), both in the construction of new pipelines, as well as in the modernization of the existing one. Tapping is done without welding or any other special tools.

Description: Tapping saddle consists of a body and two mounting clamps.
Body is made of malleable cast iron (VCHSHG), one side of the casting - branch pipe with flange DN 100 or DN 150 the opposite - the landing place for connection to the cut-in pipeline with fixing grooves. The body is covered with a protective layer of epoxy paint. The seating is equipped with a sealing collar made of EPDM, it can be made of oil and petrol resistant NBR material.
Mounting clamp is a stainless-steel band with studs. There is a rubber seal on the inside of the band.
The connecting dimensions of flanges correspond to GOST 12820-80. Tight: class A according to GOST 54808-2011
Working range (outer pipe diameter): from ДУ 200 to 1200 мм.
Working Pressure: 3 - 16 bar.
Working temperature: to +70 °С (to +110 °С by order).
Liquids: water, sewage, industrial waste.
